3 days to slow down and enjoy the sun, the sand, yoga and some much needed post holiday - post 2020 R&R.
Sweetly nestled among the lush palms and jungle of the East and more secluded part of the island of Roatan is Camp Bay Lodge, your home away from home for this 3 day weekend bliss.
The retreat will give you room to explore and find time to relax as you move into island time.
@Moonykoch will lead you through some all levels uplifting morning flows and Late afternoon Yin Yoga to restore and dive deep into a meditative state.
Morning meditations will be offered so you can arrive into your day with calm and ease. These mindful meditations will allow you to find focus and appreciation through a deeper state of awareness.
