Hridaya Meditation invites you to experience a more intimate connection with the Spiritual Heart, the very core of your being. This awareness establishes joy, peace and acceptance as the baseline of experience, from which place you can relate with wisdom, integrity and harmony to the various circumstance of your life.

This method is a unique integration of Advaita Vedanta, Sufism, Tantra, and Dzogchen. In the advanced stages of practice, all paths of authentic spiritual traditions meet harmoniously and merge into the same Ineffable Reality

No previous meditation experience is necessary to benefit from a retreat.

You will:

  • Establish or refresh your daily practice of meditation.
  • Learn to practically apply your meditation practice to your life.
  • Develop an understanding of the non-dual perspective.
  • Be supported in your journey by 2 experienced facilitators with combined teaching experience of more than 20 years.
  • Have lifetime access to the recordings of the retreat.
  • Receive additional videos in preparation for your retreat.
  • Download all meditation recording audios to use in your own practice after the retreat.
  • Get access to a dedicated group chat via Telegram for questions and answers. Sasha and Kyle will remain active in this chat for 1 week after the retreat for continued support, questions and guidance.

This 10-day silent retreat was a rare and authentic experience—with potentially transformative outcomes for those who attend. Set on the edge of a beautiful, forested valley, the surroundings offered the perfect space for meditation, introspection, and deep relaxation. Sasha and Kyle, the retreat's teachers, brought a balance of contrasting energies, keeping lectures fresh (and at times entertaining). Both delivered clear and engaging dialogues on tantric philosophy and non-dualism, skillfully weaving in elements of Sufism and Christian traditions. Their non-dogmatic approach encouraged us to explore and practice in ways that resonated most deeply on an individual level—offering the freedom to use what worked best for each of us. The retreat staff were incredibly supportive and warm (and cooked absolutely delicious food—thank you!). Every participant shared meaningful insights, with many experiencing profound shifts toward greater presence, joy, and freedom. The peaceful setting, the opportunity to connect with nature, and the genuine care in every detail made this an unforgettable experience. Lovely retreat! The space is gorgeous, filled with nature and you get to know a bit of the story and how much love was put into the place. I went on Christmas and, as expected, the Mexican neighbors were festive and loud, so the ambience wasn’t in complete silence—which to me adds to the experience because it’s about finding inner silence, rather than expecting to shut the world up. The food was amazing to me, everything delicious and in abundant quantities! The teachings were spectacular: relevant content for modern times, straightforward exercises and several tools, both Kyle and Sasha know quite well what they’re talking about and they both teach in fun and engaging ways. They’re also very open and will tell you to doubt and try everything for yourself, they’re never dogmatic. The essence of the whole retreat is based on love, on loving life and seeing the beauty in it. I learnt a lot on being loving and kind, to others and to myself—it was tough especially at the beginning because my mind would be all over but really it was a chance to practice self-compassion. The last days my mind was so calm! And the teachings were specially insightful to me because, in my yogic background, I’ve been practicing detachment from the world and emotions, which are “illusions” and this was a refreshing way to see life differently and more loving. It’s been 10 days since I left the retreat and I notice myself much more aware, I see my ego and the narratives I tell myself and I notice them in others as well, which lets me act with much more love and understanding, and I definitely feel more at peace as well as with joy for the beauty of everyday life. Will definitely do it again!

On arriving at the Hridaya retreat centre, it was like being welcomed as family. The venue and location are stunning, the food is tasty and plentiful and great attention has been taken to ensure the comfort of guests. Sasha and Kyle are both excellent teachers and guides who demonstrate a great commitment to service. They are knowledgeable and embodied in their work and, although different in approach and delivery, they compliment each other very well. For me, a 10 day silent meditation retreat was be a very challenging journey to undertake but I felt very held, supported and skillfully guided through the process. If you are ready to take a deep dive into awakening and discovering who you are beyond your conditioning, I would highly recommend a Hridaya retreat (Kate, UK)

I wouldn’t consider myself a spiritual person and didn’t expect much, but I have to admit that this was a bit of a life-changing experience. It’s been a couple weeks since then and I still feel better in every way. Aches and muscle tensions I had for years are gone and my perspective on life has changed for the better. I think I’d fill a weekend speaking about my experience, but I want to keep it short and just like to recommend this place to everyone. The people who work there are incredible and full of love and kindness. I’ll be grateful to them and this experience my whole life.

El retiro de silencio de Hridaya es de las cosas más hermosas que me ha pasado en la vida. Es una experiencia sincera y muy real, lleva de verdad profunda y de un amor muy intenso. La instalaciones son bellas y cómodas, se evidencia el amor, el cuidado y la vocación en cada detalle. La comida es exquisita y porciones generosas. I did a 6 day retreat on Jan 2, 2025 and it was an absolutely amazing experience. All aspects of Hridaya Family deserve 5 stars, the place, the warmth and wisdom of the staff, the food, the care, but more so the coursework and the schedule of the retreat. I came out feeling absolutely connected to my spiritual heart! Thank you! will definitely return for other retreats.
