About this trip

Come drop in on a 5-day, 4-Night backpacker trip in Rivera Maya region of Mexico backing-packing through the best beaches and cenotes of Mexico. This will be a close nit group of up to 5-8 travelers from all over the world looking for a new way to travel and experience the world. With our backpacker's package you will adventure through the region with your enthusiastic guides and translators. You will enjoy Beaches, Cenotes, Ruins, nature and adventure!

What To Expect:

Cancun: 

You will arrive in Cancun and enjoy a total of 2 nights in the most-visited and most exclusive Beaches in the Caribbean: Cancun. The greatest pleasures of Cancun are its amazing 12 kilometers of pristine white sand and brilliant turquoise water that make up these amazing beaches of Cancun. During our time here, we will witness  the brilliant Mayan ruins of Chichén Itzá, explore the famous Island: Isla Mujeres via motorike tour, visit Baby Turtle Nursery, and of course visit several beautiful and famous beaches of Cancun enjoying the sun, sand and fresh coconuts.

Playa Del Carmen: 

We’ll enjoy 2 nights in Playa Del Carmen exploring the nightlife, relaxing at the beach, and finding adventure exploring the many beautiful natural waters of the naturally occurring Cenotes in the area. There are several different types of cenotes, and thousands are spread out all across the Yucatan Peninsula. Perhaps the most famous and beautiful of all the cenotes, Ik’ Kil . Normally it is crowded but due to the lack tourist this may be the one time is years when you can visit with no tourists crowds. We will visit 2-4 cenotes during our short visit.

Meals:

Only Breakfast and Dinner are provided. You will have the option to add lunches to your package, upon booking. Lunch is not included to offer our travelers the option to eat lunch or snack on the beach more informal. You can grab lunch with the group or explore yourself.

Accommodations:

Throughout the trip we will offer a variety of accommodations including a house, hotel, and/ or  hostel. You will have your own bed in a shared room of double occupancy or dormitory style. Closer to the date more details about your accommodates will be published.

Covid-Travel Updates:

Due to new covid-travel updates and regulations, it is required for all travelers to present a Negative Covid test prior to RETURNING to the United States or their home country. We will help our travelers get all the necessary documents for their travels back home, so no need to worry how! The costs of this test in not included in our trip price and must be purchased separately. Note: YOU DO NOT NEED A COVID TEST TO TRAVEL TO MEXICO. However please check with your specific airline for their requirements prior to traveling, as their requirements may be different or may have changed.
