Our schedule is spacious, with time to relax and unwind and/or explore the beach and adventure in beautiful Baja. We'll welcome a week of nature based replenishment, yoga practices and teachings sourced in this living wisdom tradition, all in the company of the sun, stars and sea. There will be plenty of time to roam the desert gardens and labyrinth on site, stroll along the beach, sit on your ocean front terrace or salt water pool side, and simply be. This all-inclusive 6 night/7 day retreat is set in Baja, Mexico, this retreat is held in the Sonoran desert along the Pacific coastline. Walk on the beach, observe Humpback whales that come to calve and nurture their young during the winter months in the bay, and breathe deep as we bask in beauty, enliven our senses, and welcome what arises as we journey with the gifts of practice.

Taking place at Prana del Mar, this eco-luxe beach side retreat is an ideal hosting center which is clear through the attention to detail - the gorgeous and minimalistic aesthetic, the practice & gathering spaces themselves are breathtaking and support depth, the food is fresh and authentic to the region, and the entire facility is solar powered and committed to care of the earth.

Topics & Sessions

Our daily sessions will be a mix of embodied and adaptable practices such as slow flow breath based yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, self-inquiry/reflection, group discussions, time in nature, optional adventures/excursions in the surrounding areas and plenty of free time to relax, walk the beach, read by the salt water pool, and just be! You'll have the opportunity to create space and remember who you are underneath all the roles and obligations we tend to in daily life.

  • The Alchemy of intentional pausing, integration, and connection – in a world of high pace and extremes, these are often not what we are not doing enough of.
  • Embracing the Unknown –how to hold nuance, build capacity for not forcing answers & solutions,
  • Navigating Uncertainty – strategies for building capacity for complexity in turbulent times.
  • Inner Clarity – when we create space, often clarity of vision and guiding next steps appear.
  • Nervous System Care – the foundational ways to support grounding and unwinding from overstimulation and deregulation.
  • Welcoming the Sacred – how we honor and invite relationship with the sacred in our lives

If I cancel for any reason, you get all of your investment back, including your deposit. Take the leap with me this December! You won’t regret that you did.

How to book your flights

Book your flight(s) to fly into and out of Los Cabos International Airport, code SJD, located in San José del Cabo, Mexico.

Transfers between the SJD airport and Prana del Mar on the beginning and ending day of your retreat are included in your package.

It is best to schedule flights arriving into and departing from SJD in the early- to mid-afternoon. The best option is for guests to schedule their arrival and departure flights between the hours of 12 noon and 4pm, if at all possible.

Early arrivals may need to wait in the airport lounges for other guests to arrive. Late departures may also need to wait at the airport for their flights. Please avoid scheduling flight arrivals before 11am on arrival day and flight departures after 5pm on departure day as it will lead to longer waits at the airport.

If you plan to arrive earlier than Dec 7th, and/or stay in the area the weekend after the retreat, you can still take advantage of the shuttle transfers to and from Prana del Mar. Reach out with any questions or recommendations about where to stay.
