Accommodations

Playa Viva has several rooms types, all eco-friendly and artfully crafted with exquisite attention to detail, designed to seamlessly interact with the elements. All of the rooms are "open-air", but have been designed to provide privacy and shelter as well as amazing views.

Some rooms are ideal for 1-2  people like the Queen EcoCasitas. The Deluxe Suites are great for 3 and can fit 4 with a pull-out bed.

Handmade soaps, organic, eco-friendly shampoos, filtered water, soft and elegant linens & towels, and mosquito netting are provided in every room.

Read more about all of the Casitas below under packages and pricing.

What to Bring

It's a short 30-40 min drive from ZIH airport, however, Playa Viva is considered a remote location. The nearby town of Julacucha has minimal provisions and is not within walking distance to the hotel. Bring what you need to feel comfortable, but also, know that you really don't need much.

-reusable water bottle

-a day pack or bag for excursions

-sneakers/sandals

-insect repellent & tea tree oil for bites
