About this trip

Join Britta Rael and Carolyn Cohen for a wellness retreat at one of Mexico's remarkable eco-luxury yoga and beachfront resorts, Playa Viva.

When was the last time you came back from a trip feeling truly refreshed?

Do you want to make more time for self care but are not sure where to start?

Do you find yourself wishing for a getaway but feel too stressed to take one?

Are you craving a deeper connection to your spiritual practice, or how to discover what makes you feel optimal?

We've designed our retreat with ample opportunity for you to move and be moved.  We want to provide you with tools to integrate wellness through all aspects of your life.

Wellness is becoming aware of the choices you HAVE to create a healthy AND fulfilling life. It's a dynamic process of change and growth. We will give you individual AND group guidance so you can understand and utilize the skills that WE have cultivated and apply them to YOUR life.

Expect to experience:

-Ample time for rest, relaxation, exploration, and restoration.

-Daily, guided movement classes to enliven and restore your body

-Meditation sessions to heal and calm your mind

-Immersion in nature's elements to recharge your soul

...and meaningful connection with others to bring joy.

We've taken care of everything and are excited to take care of you!
