Join Britta Rael and Carolyn Cohen for a wellness retreat at one of Mexico's remarkable eco-luxury yoga and beachfront resort, Playa Viva.
Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of the choices you have to create a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness, it is a dynamic process of change and growth.
This is a curated, but not controlled experience.
You have an opportunity to experience what we've intended for you,
and we give you the freedom to create your own experience.
Remember who you are.
Make space to serve your highest self.
Find silence and connection to nature.
Take part in your own solutions.
Tend to your pains, limitations or needs.
Grow in your personal, physical and spiritual practices.
We've designed our retreat to create ample opportunities for you to move and be moved. We want to provide you with tools to integrate wellness in all aspects of your life, and for you to truly feel rejuvenated and relaxed.
Expect to experience:
-Ample time for rest, relaxation, exploration, and restoration.
-Daily, guided movement classes to enliven and restore your body
-Meditation to heal and calm your mind
-Immersion in nature's elements to recharge your soul
...and meaningful connection with others to bring joy.
We've taken care of everything, and we have space for you.
