Classes will gracefully guide you through the chakras – seven energy centres in your body – allowing you to experience them within and enjoy yourselves along the way. Supportive approach of our Yogi will focus on understanding specific chakra each day, incorporating respective asana and meditation to balance and energise it. After the classes you will gain tools to keep your body and mind in harmony with the prevailing seasons.
