Amazing! I mean seriously, book this retreat! I was able to work through some of my oldest deepest baggage all the way through to my current day struggles. Heather is so relatable and knowledgeable, she shares her true inner being, allowing you to feel comfortable to do the same! Thank you so much for a life changing experience!

This retreat was so wonderful and healing! Heather is a fantastic, nonjudgmental facilitator and is very skilled at holding space for the pain of others. I loved the structure provided each day that created space for movement, meals, focused group time, and rest/integration. The group was small, which allowed for all of us to really get to build a sense of familiarity and safety with each other. To those feeling stuck in grief or destructive cycles, I highly recommend a retreat with Heather!

I was very fortunate to attend this retreat with Heather. First, Mount Shasta is absolutely beautiful. It was an amazing back drop to this retreat. My group was fascinated by it! Every day started with grief yoga, which ended up being my favorite part of the day. I was able to understand how the body processed grief and trauma. It was also very empowering. Every meal that we had was fantastic--delicious, fresh and nourishing--the menus were selected with care. Not having to worry about processed food was an unexpected, welcomed treat. The excursions that we had were very important in processing emotions that came up during our sessions. My favorite was visiting the headwaters of the Sacramento River--where you could drink right from the springs. After four days, I was equipped with the tools that I knew I could use in processing decades of grief. Thank you so very much, Heather!

Thank you so much, Kat. I was honored to get to know you, hear your sacred stories and help you find some peace with certain aspects of your grief. You are a strong, resilient woman and have such a big heart. Protect your heart so you can continue to hold space for others in pain. All my love.

⭐️ **A Million-Star Review** ⭐️ for the real, raw, and eye-opening retreat led by **Heather Moyer** Heather, your retreat was nothing short of life-changing. You created a space that was real, safe, and stripped of all the pretending we get used to doing in everyday life. You guided us through the uncomfortable, the healing, the grief, the clarity, and the truth with so much strength and compassion. What you gave us wasn’t just a retreat—it was a reset, a remembering, and a reclaiming. You held up mirrors we didn’t even know we needed to look into and somehow made us feel supported every step of the way. The wisdom, the breakthroughs, the connection… it was all beyond anything I could’ve imagined. Thank you for opening our eyes, our hearts, and our paths forward. If I could leave a million stars, I would—because one review will never capture the impact of what you do. Forever grateful. ✨
