Friday
11:00 am to 1:00 pm-Pick up from SLC International airport
2:00 pm- Depart SLC for retreat home Approx. 5 hour drive
7:00 pm to 8:00 pm-Dinner
8:00 pm to 8:30 pm-Orientation followed by free time
Saturday
7:30 am to 8:30 am-Yoga
8:30 am to 9:30 am-Breakfast Buffet
9:30 am to 10:30 am-Pack lunch for hiking
10:30 am to 12:00 pm-Canyon overlook hike with stretching and meditation session
12:00 pm to 4:00 pm-Open hiking time in Zion National Park. Drop off and pick up at the Zion Museum. Pick up will be at 5:00 pm.
7:00 pm to 8:00 pm- Dinner
8:00 pm to 9:00 pm- Wellness Workshop “The Habits of Happy People”
*Open massage times at the retreat home with LMT available all day

7:30 am to 8:30 am-Yoga
8:30 am to 9:30 am- Breakfast Buffet
9:30 am to 10:00 am-Pack lunch for hiking
11:00 am to 4:00 pm-Hiking in Zion National Park. Drop off and pick up at the Zion Museum Pick up is at 5:00 pm.
7:00 pm to 8:00 pm-Dinner
9:00 pm to 10:00 pm-Guided Imagery with optional head massage
Monday
7:30 am to 8:30 am-Yoga
8:30 am to 9:00 am- Pack lunch for hiking. Check out of retreat home
10:00 am to 12:00 pm-Hiking in Bryce Canyon National Park with lunch
5:00 pm- Return to Salt Lake City
Please Note--Everything listed in the schedule is entirely optional. This retreat is aimed to allow you to rest, relax, and reset! If you choose to not join us for anything listed in the schedule, that is entirely your choice. Spots are limited on this retreat. We keep our retreats small and intimate and will be limiting the group to 10-12 participants.
