Deep breathing helps bring awareness when Inhaling and exhaling. This practice 

helps eliminate stress, anxiety, anger, fear and other emotions can cause your breathing to become faster than normal. When you are happy and content your breathing is slower and gives you more control, balance and peace. Join us as Turic Baptiste leads our Deep Breathing Meditation.
