As we get settled into Vida Asana we will start the day with a delicious breakfast followed by a gentle wake up yoga class designed to introduce new students to the teaching style of Marla followed by lunch.   There will be free time after lunch for exploring Vida Asana or taking a bike trip to the beach at Playa Hermosa.  At 4:30 we will gather for an all levels yoga class.  After a short break we will ease into the evening with a yin yoga class, followed by dinner.

We will begin Tuesday morning with a morning pranayama and meditation followed by a delicious breakfast!  After a short break we will be back at the yoga Shala for more yoga!  Our day will need to be somewhat flexible because we will also be making a trip to Mirador for a hike to a local lookout point made from modern ruins and reclaimed by local artists.  Depending on our arrival time back to Vida Asana, we will have an evening yoga before or after dinner.

We will wake up to a gentle yoga class followed by a brief meditation and then we'll be off to enjoy a great breakfast!  Most of the day will focus on specific yoga classes that will range from basic to more advanced.  These classes will focus on specific things such as Strength, Mobility, Alignment, Core, and we will also try to work in some YIN yoga toward the end of the day.  Keep in mind that our schedule will be very flexible because we don't want to miss out on any great opportunities!

After breakfast we will have a yoga class and some free time before lunch.  After lunch we will head into Jaco, a town about 15 minutes away where we will explore the town and meet for dinner to experience the local cuisine!  

We will greet the day with wake up yoga followed by a great breakfast.  During the week we will start a wish list for our final two days and that will guide us to what we want to do on Friday as well as Saturday.  There are several great trips that we can look into once we arrive at Vida Asana and these final two days will be spent embracing the parts of our journey that you want to explore . . .whether it's spending relaxing time at the pool, biking to Playa Hermosa, a massage or doing some yoga classes.   I will offer a couple hours for private yoga classes if anyone wants to focus on just their own practice.    These last two days will be very flexible . . .something we don't often find when we are home.  So enjoy and savor!

We will wake up to some yoga and breakfast and you will simply create your favorite way to end your trip.  Just like Friday, there will be many options and of course I'll offer yoga for those who want to do more yoga!   I'll be checking the "wish" list as we move into the end of our retreat and create the classes that most of you would like to see offered!
