▬ Authentic Leadership and Facilitation Training ▬
Looking to dive more fully into your own personal development while inviting others to do the same? This training will guide you through deep connections, learning to discover and relate from your truth, simple and effective empathy skills, tools for creating the flow of an event, and a ton of leadership practice with direct feedback.
The ALFT addresses the art, the science, and the space of facilitation. Over three days, we will set up a container in which authenticity is welcomed in service of creativity, learning, and leadership.
This is the art of facilitation: leadership as an expression of your being.
We’ll also teach the science: how to set the frame and safety for a deep experience; how to understand others and have them feel heard; how, why, and when to bring your truth; how to enroll others in your ideas; how to create the flow of an event; and how to take up leadership in any situation.
Last, we will live an exploration of the space. We will explore the cultures, norms, and systems required for true co-creation to emerge, and for our self-expression to serve a greater whole. At the end, you will have a visceral understanding of how to lead within uncertainty.
ALFT facilitators have taken the social technology of Authentic Relating - empathic, vulnerable communication - into areas from social work to psychotherapy, childrens' classrooms to the Coast Guard. This program teaches leaders to bring themselves into their leadership, and students to create from their own motivated joy. Our students have created massive change towards a better world and integrate their awareness into the community in a multitude of beneficial ways.
