Join me for a week of swimming with the whales, and wellness focused activities with other like-minded women! When we're not swimming with the whales we will be doing yoga, journaling or connecting with the nature that we are surrounded by.
Hi, my name is Sarah! I live on O'ahu and have found a passion for the ocean that helps keep me grounded. I am a yoga instructor, personal trainer, free diver and photographer. That's a lot! But I want to tie it all together in my retreats, to bring what helps me live a happy and healthy life, to others.
Four days on the water to swim with whales. 6.5 hours on the boat per day.
4 relaxing yoga sessions for your recovery. Yoga will range in styles: Hatha, Vinyasa, and Sculpt.

A private chef will cook for us when we are not on the boat. Meals will include healthy local, whole Foods. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
Sit back and relax as there will be a van to take you around the island.
Each guest must purchase their own flight to Mo'orea
If guests choose to fly to Tahiti then take ferry, they must purchase own ticket.
We will arrive to the Airbnb at 3 pm and settle in. Once settled, we will go down to the beach to get to know each other, and have a yoga session to set our intentions for the week. Ending the night off with a welcome dinner made by our chef.
First day on the boat! We will spend 6.5 hours out on the water. We will have options for breakfast beforehand, and bring lunch out to the boat. After the water we will relax at the Airbnb by the pool. Ending the night with some breathwork to help with your freediving.
Day 3 is exactly like day 2! Today we will have the boat take us to the sharks and rays lagoon to experience the magic of these gentle creatures.
We will start the day with a moderately challenging sunrise hike with stunning views of the island. The hike leads to a swing that we can enjoy at the top. After, we will have brunch at the house. The rest of the day can be free time, or snorkeling at Temae Beach to see the beautiful reefs. We will do a sunset yoga and journaling session.
Third day out on the water for 6 hours to swim with the whales. Just like day 2, we will have breakfast options, and bring lunch out on to the boat. After the boat, we will relax at the Airbnb. The group can have free time, or we will go explore the pineapple fields.
Last day out on the boat to explore the waters with the whales! After the boat, we will freshen up and guests will have the option to purchase a beautiful lei po'o to take pictures at the stunning palm tree that hangs over the water. We will end the day with a farewell dinner.
We will wake up for a sunrise yoga session and have a final breakfast together. The check out time for the Airbnb is 4pm, so we can have a free day to explore the island before then. Guests will be taken to the ferry for their needed departure time.
