Set sails to Cendrawasih Bay, a large bay in the northern Province of West Papua, Indonesia. The western part of the bay was declared a marine national park in 2002. It still remains a little off the beaten track despite the exceptional diving opportunities and the biodiversity of the marine life. The whale-sharks are not the only attraction in Cenderawasih Bay, there also WW2 wrecks in Manokwari and Mansinam, beautiful coral gardens in Biak, abundant and diverse schools of fish, surrounding atolls and rich drop-offs covered in black coral, sponges, sea fans and rich fauna. In between dives, explore the lush forest land and meet the local community. Enjoy our beauty of nature and taste Indonesian delicacy on board.   

Best time to visit Cendrawasih Bay is between May - August.  The sea condition is generally very calm as Cenderawasih is a bay almost closed at the entrance and protected from ocean swells. Tropical climate. Tropical weather, sunshine and nice sea breeze that can be windy at nighttime, light jacket is ideal. Average temperature daily is 27° to 30°C.

Trip start and end at Manokwari City of West Papua. From Jakarta, there are several flight to Manokwari. Garuda Indonesia 1x transit Makassar. Batik Air direct flight Jakarta-Manokwari. Take any flight to arrive earliest at the airpot. Our crew will be ready to pick you up. Air flight ticket is not including in trip price.

You will stay all time on board. Our boat is traditional pinisi wooden boat with length over all 28 meters. Six guest cabin, with 2 double bed and 4 room with bunk bed arrangement comfortably for 12 passenger. All rooms equipped with private toilet/shower, Air Conditioning, cabinet, fresh towel and organic soap toiletries. The boat complete with lounge area/living room, camera room, minibar, semi open dining area, sun deck and diving station. We have two 7,5 meter tender can accommodate up to 20 person.
