The meeting point

We meet at Whale Shark pier . We have a short briefing and give you the necessary equipment. Our boat and captain will be waiting to start our journey.

Swim Time

The trip will take us between two and three hours and we may find different species on our way Once in the area, we will swim by the whale shark in groups of two plus the guide, for safety reasons, to respect these gentle giants, and to ensure you get the best experience. If we see a giant manta and its behaviour permits it, we can also swim with this harmless creature.
Snorkeling
On our way back, we will stop near Cabo Catoche to snorkel the “cuevones” reef and maybe see sea turtles, nurse sharks, lobsters, squids, octopuses, and different reef fish.
Laid back beach & ceviche
Finally, we will go to Santa Paula, where we can stretch our legs, have a pleasant swim and enjoy the freshest ceviche made by our team. From this point, we have a 45-minute journey back to Holbox.

This tour is not suitable for children under 6 years old,  pregnant women, the elderly, or people with spinal problems, as we cannot control the pressure produced by sea waves. Please consult your doctor ahead of booking should you be susceptible to injury or have an existing condition.

No penalty. 100% refund.

Less than 7 days from the date of booking

Penalty: deposit $500 mxn per person.
$3000 mxn for private tour 6 people.
$4000 mxn for private tour 8 people.
Refund of the rest.

Day before the booking, before 3 pm

Penalty: 20% of the cost of the tour. Refund of 80% of the value of the tour.

Day before the booking, after 3 pm and no-show

Penalty: 100% of the rate. No refund.

07:00 am - departure from Whale Shark  Pier to the Whale shark reserve in the water surrounding Cabo Catoche , Isla Contoy or Caribbean side

ones we find them you will have the unique opportunity to swim with the largest fish in the word. 

between 12:00 to 13:30 - We will stop at a small reef in Los Cuevones, in front of Cabo Catoche, to enjoy snorkeling and perhaps we will find cat sharks, octopuses, squid and much more.

while the guide and captain will prepare the exquisite and freshest ceviche you have ever tasted.

Finally we will arrive in Santa Paula, where we will enjoy a place to swim, stretch our legs and taste our 100% fresh ceviche. The final journey to Holbox will only take 45 minutes.

The tour ends at the main whale shark pier
