The DC Hotel Trek is a career and education trek being run by the Wharton Travel & Hospitality club. It will be a full-day trek on November 4, 2016. 

We are still finalizing our itinerary, but we plan to visit 2-3 hospitality companies, including the corporate headquarters of Hilton Worldwide and Choice Hotels.

Logistics:

* Deadline for signup: Friday, October 28, 2016
* Timing on November 4: all day, leaving 2401 ~5:15am and returning ~8:00pm (exact timing to be confirmed)
* Trip capacity: 30 participants

* Transportation: Round trip coach bus to DC and around DC all day
* Food & drinks: meals and snacks throughout the day

Additional Notes:

* As we have to reserve the bus in advance, $35 of the trip ticket is non-refundable if not canceled by 10/28
* We hope to be able to issue a refund to all participants for part of the cost, pending sponsorship conversations with our DC hosts
