About this trip

This retreat aligns with with first full moon of the New Year.  Amplify the voice of your intuition with yoga and nature.  Aldermarsh Retreat Center sits on 5 wooded acres in Maxwelton Valley at the south end of Whidbey Island.   We’ll be nourished by Aria Peterman, an Ayurvedic chef supporting our experience with a menu designed for healing.  Find your way into the New Year restored by nature, healing foods, and yoga.

Winter is the time to stoke the inner fire.  Move life into your body using the strength of Vinyasa Yoga, settle into the slower pace of Yin Yoga and remodel connective tissue with Myofascial Release.  Each of these techniques support meditation and deepens your inner relationship.  Transform movement into conscious meditation, heal the physical body and balance the nervous system.

Jennifer tailors the offerings to support and challenge everyone on the retreat.
