Timed with the sacred celebration of Día de los Muertos, this journey invites you to honor the thin veil between life and death through deep connection ~ with self, community, and ancestral tradition.

Each day will be anchored with morning tea ceremonies and intentional movement practices, setting the tone for grounded presence during the days. Evenings will close with healing sound journeys, allowing space for integration, restoration, and dreamwork.

Throughout the retreat, you'll experience:

• Cacao ceremonies to open the heart and deepen connection

• Beeswax candle - making workshop with local artisans

• Temazcal (traditional sweat lodge) ceremony for purification and renewal

• 3 course farm-to-table dinner experience at a countryside retreat

• Alfonsina tasting menu dinner dining experience, traditional Oaxacan cuisine 

• La Cocina de Humo open fire dinner experience

• Evening celebrations including parades and cemetery offerings
