ACA trips are designed for travelers who are comfortable sharing accommodations. Our standard package includes double occupancy, with two travelers sharing a hotel room. You can request a roommate during registration, or if you're traveling solo, we'll match you with another ACA traveler of the same gender.
Sharing accommodations helps keep trip costs affordable while creating a welcoming group atmosphere throughout the week. Many of our travelers join on their own, making ACA a great option whether you're traveling with friends or coming solo.
If you prefer private accommodations or independent travel, this trip may not be the best fit. Limited single occupancy rooms may be available upon request for an additional cost, subject to hotel availability.

Please book your flights into Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
Please plan to arrive at Vancouver International Airport (YVR) by 3:00 PM PST on Sunday, January 3, 2027.

Final transportation details will be emailed to all registered travelers before the trip.
