Anyone Can Adventure is returning to Whitefish, Montana for 2024! Whitefish is independently owned, and is an experience for everyone.  Whitefish remains as one of our unique destinations where you have the opportunity to do more than just skiing! Located by Glacier National Park, take a break from skiing to explore the National Park by snowshoeing, or visit downtown Whitefish. 

Our package deal includes 4 lift tickets, airport transportation and 6 day & 5 nights in either a luxury condo with people who want to adventure as much as you. We try our best to tailor our trips to be a memorable experience of a lifetime.  

Want to wake up and go straight to the mountains? This place is for you! The Sherpa Condos is right on the mountain where you can walk to the lifts and ski in to go home. Have the freedom to cook in a kitchen and make new friends as these condos are shared.

• What is your cancellation policy for the trip?
  • If you want to cancel your booking, or part of it, you should contact us as soon as possible by emailing support@acadventure.us
  •  Our cancellation charges are set our below:   
    • All deposits/purchases are fully refundable until October 6, 2023
    • All purchases for Whitefish are fully refundable until November 17, 2023 excluding $100 deposit.
    • 50% refund if requested by December 1, 2023
    • 0% refund starting December 2, 2023 until trip date. 
    • If unforeseen circumstances causes AC Adventure to cancel the trip, then full refunds will be given. AC Adventure does not offer travel insurance or trip protection. It is highly recommended to purchase 3rd party travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending the trip. 
• Who can attend this trip?
  • This trip is open to all individuals. The person purchasing the trip must be at least 18 years of age. If any minors were to attend the trip, a parent or guardian must be present as well as additional forms/waivers would need to be filled out prior to the trip. 
• What airport do I fly into?
  • Glacier Park International Airport (FCA)

• What dates do I need to Arrive/Depart By?
  • You must arrive at Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) on January 7, 2024. 
  • Please arrive by 2pm MST. 
  • The charter bus is scheduled to depart at 2:30pm MST from the airport. If you are arriving after this time, please contact us to see if an alternative ride can be arranged. 
  • All departure flights must be scheduled for January 12, 2024. 
  • It's suggested to book a departure flight that leaves by 2pm MST. Condo check out time is 10am MST. 
  • If you choose a flight after 2pm MST, be prepared to wait at the airport for a while. 
• What if my flight is delayed, I miss my flight, or do not arrive at the airport on time.
  • Please contact AC Adventure immediately, and we will try to assist you as best as possible but there are no guarantees that the bus shuttle will wait for you. If you miss the scheduled bus, you will be responsible to get your own transportation from the airport to the resort.
• Are the condos shared?
  • Yes, all condos are shared and vary from 4-8 person condos. We strive to give everyone the best experience and try our best to not fill condos to max capacity. We send a custom survey to all of our members regarding rooming and confirm with them whether or not changes need to be made. 
• Can I share a condo with my friends or request roommates?
  • Yes! Although not guaranteed, we try our best to not break up groups and if we need to, we will notify you immediately to ensure the rooming accommodations are comfortable for you.  
• Can I get a private condo?
  • Unfortunately no, however if you would like your own space, we highly suggest you book our single occupancy hotel room package at the Firebrand Hotel.
• Can I purchase a single day lift ticket?
  • Unfortunately no, at the moment, all purchases are a package deal and cannot be changed. 
• If I don't use all the days of my ski lift ticket, can I get refund?
  • Unfortunately we cannot give you a refund for unused lift tickets.  
• Are condos co-ed?
  • Yes condos will be co-ed. If you're uncomfortable with a co-ed condo, we don’t suggest this is the right trip for you. 
• Can I get ski/snowboard/helmet rentals?
  • Yes! Please answer the rental questions at checkout. We will then send you updated information on rentals, and send you a separate link to purchase/reserve your rentals for the trip.
