'Who am I?' is a bespoke personal development programme for LGBTQ+ professionals. Join us as we take you through a powerful and intimate process of self-discovery and awareness as we explore more fully what authenticity as a leader really looks like for you.

The programme is carefully designed around tried and tested powerful psychological and holistic techniques. It's an opportunity for leaders at every level to acquire new tools and understanding for personal and professional growth. Naturally it is a completely neutral and confidential space, where individuals can openly share their feelings and thoughts with the option of anonymity.

These are standard questions, there to protect your safety and everyone else involved. This information will only be shared on a need to know basis and will be GDPR compliant.
We would highly recommend individuals with concerns relating to pre-existing mental health conditions, substance misuse and related disorders to seek immediate professional help.
