Awaken your senses, intuition, and vitality in one of the most biodiverse places on Earth. There’s something about the Osa Peninsula that transforms you in the best possible way. Maybe it’s the sound of waves crashing onto the shore, the roar of howler monkeys at dawn, or the feeling of standing somewhere that remains wildly and unapologetically alive. Whatever it is, this place inspires you with wonder.
Wild Awakening is a spring retreat designed to help you reconnect with the nature within your own body and the wild, living world around you. We’ll gather at Encanta La Vida, an eco-luxury lodge tucked between jungle and sea, where the only decisions you’ll need to make are pool or ocean, hammock or beach, hike or surf… another cup of coffee, or simply sit and stare at the horizon a little longer.
Each day, we’ll explore a different aspect of our inner world through soulful yoga, meditation, breathwork, and guided reflections that help us slow down and listen inward. Throughout the week, I’ll weave in the threads I love to teach—philosophy and storytelling, gentle psychological insights, sharing circles, and sacred rituals that help us connect more fully with ourselves and each other. And every day includes plenty of free time to relax by the saltwater pool, wander shaded jungle paths, or sink your toes into the sand.
We’ll enjoy three vibrant farm-to-table meals each day—the kind that make you wonder why you don’t eat like this more often. We’ll take a guided hike together to a nearby waterfall, a refreshing walk through the rainforest that ends in cool, clear water and the unmistakable feeling of being fully alive. There will also be a heart-opening cacao ceremony offered during the week, a simple and meaningful way to drop in a little deeper. Surf lessons are available if you're interested (highly recommended if you're looking for joy and a little adrenaline), and we’ll end our retreat with a Full Moon Circle and Beltane Fire—a luminous ritual celebrating this season of becoming, creativity, and renewal.
Come rest, reconnect, and return home feeling clearer, renewed, and more fully yourself. Let the jungle, the sea, and your own inner wisdom guide you toward a transformative experience.
