About your trip

Walk into the wild. Return to balance.

As summer softens into autumn, the Fall Equinox invites us into a moment of balance. This is a sacred turning point where day and night stand in perfect equilibrium. This seasonal threshold offers a powerful opportunity to pause and reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world.

This women's yoga and nature retreat is designed as a gentle journey back to yourself. Together we will gather in the mountains, hiking one mile into a cozy backcountry hut nestled in nature. The simple act of walking into the landscape becomes the first step in leaving behind the familiar and arriving more fully into presence.

Our time together will begin with an opening ceremony and nature-based ritual to acknowledge the changing season and set intentions for the days ahead, followed by a nourishing group dinner created lovingly by our private chef, Charmaine.

Saturday morning will begin with a grounding yoga practice, inviting the body to awaken slowly while cultivating balance and presence, before exploring the landscape together on a guided hike that includes a nature connection practice.

Our time together will conclude with a closing ceremony to honor the experiences shared and the intentions carried forward. As we prepare to hike back out, we will take a moment to acknowledge the balance we have cultivated within ourselves and connections we have made with nature and each other.

Through simple invitations to slow down and observe your inner landscape, you will have the opportunity to deepen your relationship with yourself and the living world around you. Whether you come seeking rest, connection with other nature-loving women, or simply time in the mountains, you will leave feeling grounded and balanced to step intentionally into the next season.
