Ancient roots. Modern bodies. Wild hearts. Awake lives.
A living path of yoga, awakening, & becoming, this accredited 200-hour yoga teacher training program follows Kest's 7 Doorways of Vinyasa Yoga and is for anyone who is curious about yoga as a practice, becoming a yoga teacher, or simply living a more intentional and awake life.
Honoring the roots while exploring the edges. Our practice is rooted in tradition but alive in the present. We honor the ancient teachings of yoga not as something to simply inherit and repeat, but as living wisdom to explore, embody, question, and experience for ourselves. We bow to the lineage while giving ourselves permission to color outside of the lines. We weave timeless philosophy with modern movement, creativity, self-inquiry, and the realities of being human today.

Lindsay Helt:
Owner and founder of Wild & Free Power Yoga in Hershey and Elizabethtown, PA. Lindsay is an E-RYT500 with advanced training in Power Vinyasa and Yin yoga under Jonah Kest, The Grateful Yoga, Soulfire Collective, and Rebecca Sirman Yoga. A local mama of three little boys, Lindsay discovered that a daily yoga practice brought calm to the chaos and lightened the weight of life and motherhood. Lindsay's classes are a blend of dynamic movement and intentional stillness, set to thoughtfully curated playlists and laughter. Through playful, creative sequences, Lindsay guides students in the physical expression of yoga, while embracing the philosophy that the true work of yoga unfolds off the mat in life, connection, and self-discovery. She is strongly committed to guiding you through the work of self-exploration as you continue the journey home to yourself.
Alex Mosenson
Owner and founder of Salt Art Gallery in Hershey, PA. Alex is an RYT 500 trained through Wild & Free Power Yoga in Elizabethtown, PA, under the guidance of Jonah Kest & The Grateful Yoga.
Part ringmaster, part artist, part yoga instructor—and entirely herself—Alex approaches the mat as a place to release the weight of the world, gain physical strength, and cultivate mental clarity. Her classes are infused with joy, curiosity, and a playful sense of freedom, creating a space where you are invited to move, breathe, laugh, and connect—exactly as you are. Her favorite motto? “The more, the merrier”—whether it’s bringing people together to move, eat, dance, or simply celebrate life.
Alex found yoga as a refuge amidst the chaos of motherhood and life, and quickly found healing in both the sweat and the stillness. Her greatest passion is connecting with others through movement, art, laughter, and love. In her classes, creativity and play are never off-limits—whether it’s in a challenging flow, a shared moment of stillness, or a burst of music-driven joy. Stick around if you’re into sweat, art, and laughter as lifelines in the midst of everyday chaos.
