Mother + Child Equine Journey
An invitation to step out of the pace of everyday life
and into a more connected way of being
Held in the Costa Rican highlands, this week offers a different rhythm
Days soften
Time opens
Connection returns
Horses, nature, and shared experience guide the retreat
Not a schedule to follow
But a way of being to step into
For a small number of families who feel the pull toward something quieter, deeper, and more connected
Each day unfolds in a natural rhythm shaped by the land, the horses, and the needs of the group

A rhythm children settle into. A pace mothers remember.
(Days shift gently in response to weather, energy, and the needs of the group.)
Set in the mountain highlands, the land offers space, fresh air, and quiet
Open pastures
Jungle edges
A slower pace of living
Families stay in comfortable, thoughtfully designed spaces
With room to gather and room to be alone
Meals are prepared fresh each day
Shared, unhurried, and nourishing
The horses live in rhythm with the land
They are not used
They are met
Through riding and ground connection
Through quiet presence
Children build confidence through trust
Mothers experience connection without pressure
Care, respect, and listening guide every interaction
Rider guidelines:
• General riding limit: 85 kg / 170 lbs
