Wild and Sovereign The Retreat is a 6 day 5 night all inclusive retreat to bring you back into connection with yourself and with nature. The retreat is located on the sacred Mayan lands of Tzununa Guatemala on lake Atitlan.
The retreat will explore holistic healing practices like yoga, breathwork, and meditation as well as traditional Mayan ceremonies such as fire ceremony, temescal and cacao ceremony. This retreat will be guided by the elements of nature and the energies present in the Mayan Calendar.
Each day we will be guided by a new element - fire, earth, water, and air - learning how to connect with the essence of each element as a resource to guide you in understanding the true purpose of your existence on Earth.
You will learn directly from Mayan shamans and healers who will share information about the Mayan Cosmovision and their beliefs about humans’ connection with nature.
You will learn holistic healing tools that you can integrate into your daily life and routine to continue to integrate the magic experienced from the retreat.

The retreat will take you on a journey inwards. Holistic healing techniques will be used as tools to reconnect to the true essence of your heart. You will learn how to use nature as an ally to open up your path and activate your power.
You will learn how to express yourself in ceremonious and ritualistic ways. You will be guided and nurtured by nature to connect to what is alive in your heart and discover the message your soul is waiting to share.

- 5 nights accomodationThe retreat will take place at The Seed Habitat. A beautiful space with lush gardens, a rooftop yoga shala and incredible views of the volcanoes and lake Atitlan.

- 5 yoga classesCallie will be teaching Vinyasa style yoga accessible to all levels of yogis. The classes will take place each morning.
- Mayan Fire CeremonyYou will participate in a traditional Mayan fire ceremony guided by a Mayan spirit guide and day keeper.
- Water blessing ceremonyA ceremony to bless the waters of lake Atitlan as well as purify your mind body and spirit.
- Temescal CeremonyA traditional Mayan healing practice.
- Cacao CeremonyA traditional Mayan ceremony using the medicine of Cacao. Guided by Walter, a Mayan spirit guide and cacao ceremonialist.
- Make a Medicine DrumMake and take home your very own medicine drum. Workshop led by an ancestral Mayan instrument maker.
- Medicinal Plant WalkLearn about native plants in Guatemala and how they are used as medicine for holistic healing. This workshop will be guided by a Mayan healer, Lucy.
