Looking to cultivate a deeper, more compassionate relationship with yourself? Join our weekend retreat dedicated to self-attunement. Through community connection, self-inquiry, and an exploration of your nervous system's wisdom, you'll discover embodied ways to navigate stress and create more ease and harmony in your life.
Set on 30 acres of peaceful woodland, this retreat invites you to pause and breathe deeply—surrounded by the wild beauty of Stowe, Vermont and supported by a circle of others walking a similar path.
This retreat isn't about escaping your life; it's about learning profound ways to support yourself within it. Come as you are, and leave feeling reconnected, revitalized, and returned to your wild, free, and whole self.
Wild & Well is a remembered journey back to your integrated and whole self, where you honor your body's innate wisdom and capacity for healing. It begins with self-attunement—cultivating a profound connection to yourself. Through attunement, you'll uncover your true self and values, integrating mind, body, and heart. This empowers you to extend compassion, including to yourself, fostering a more fully engaged life. Our time together is an opportunity to return home to your wild and well self.
We are honored to hold space for you as you connect with nature, yourself, and others. This retreat has been carefully curated by Shannon Seiferth and Dawn Zitney, Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches with over twenty years experience helping people be well.
We met at the University of New Hampshire where we co-created and led the campus' wellness coaching program and designed courses and trainings on well-being. Our shared professional joy is helping clients cope with life's challenges and move towards well-being and ease. We utilize practices that are backed by science and that honor the totality of your identities and story.
