With more than 30 years of clinical experience and a passion for translating the latest research into practical, everyday guidance, Sarah empowers women to navigate the evolving seasons of life with confidence and vitality.
During our intimate fireside chat, Sarah will share evidence-based insights on women's health and wellness, including hormone awareness, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress resilience, and lifestyle strategies to support vibrant aging. Together, we'll explore how to embrace midlife with knowledge, confidence, and renewed energy in an open, supportive conversation designed to educate, inspire, and empower.
Shelley Williams is the founder of Yoga Mittra and creator of Wild Wellness. A lifelong movement educator, professionally trained dancer, Yoga/ Pilates/ Mindfulness/ Strength guide with more than 30 years of experience, Shelley is passionate about helping women feel strong, vibrant, and deeply connected to their bodies through every season of life.
Throughout the retreat, Shelley will guide daily movement experiences that blend Pilates, Yoga, mobility, functional strength for women, breathwork, and restorative practices designed to support healthy aging, resilience, and longevity. Guests will also experience joyful free-form guided dance and embodied movement sessions that explore what it means to move with confidence, intuition, grace, and feminine presence. Her thoughtful, therapeutic approach encourages women to build strength, increase mobility, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling empowered, energized, and inspired to embrace their next chapter.

She is the founder of Yoga Mittra and Pilates Alchemy, and is honored to share Yoga philosophy, Pilates methodology, Zenthai Shiatsu healing bodywork, and the joy of connection. Shelley enjoys guiding annual retreats to unique places steeped in culture and nature; where we can explore living yoga, community, healthy lifestyle, moving meditation, breath, joy, and the adventure of coming home to our body, heart, and soul.
