8:00-9:00pm Restorative Yoga & Meditation for a great night's sleep
8:00am Wake Up Yoga (all yoga included in price) - an all levels yoga class to get you up and moving for a fun filled day.
9:15 Breakfast (included in price) - Super healthy oatmeal & fruit, unlimited coffee and tea
Free Time: Option to visit Deep Creek State Park beach with kayak rentals, volleyball, swimming, picnic areas and plenty of space to just relax.
1:30-3:30 White Water Rafting (Optional ~ $65 per person, sign up in advance) This is an awesome man-made course on top of the mountain. You'll go in groups of 5-6 people per raft with one professional guide. You'll get to hit the rapids for over an hour, jump in and swim the rapids, learn rafting skills, and have a blast!
5:00-6:00pm Social Flow Yoga -- Once we are back at the house, we will enjoy playful approach to a yoga class. You'll get to know the whole group really well through partner poses, group challenges and tons of shared yoga-inspired silliness.
8:00-9:00 - Workshop: Live Your Wild and Precious Life! (Optional. $10 per person, sign up in advance) - Through several guided activities and meditations take the time to identify your true intentions and how to live with clarity and purpose. You'll leave with a vision board and road map for how to best enjoy your one wild and precious life!
8:00am 60 Min All Levels Yoga - wake up with a powerful yoga class to start the day
9:15 Breakfast (included in price) - Oatmeal and Fruit, Coffee, Tea and Juice
11:00 Hike Swallow Falls
4:30-5:30 Restorative Yoga - leave feeling relaxed and refreshed with an hour long restorative yoga class
Depart by 6:00pm or earlier
Free time - Enjoy the quiet of the mountain, hike or bike the ski-hill (BYO Bike, or rent from Wisp Resort), hot tub and sauna time, movies, puzzles, books, board games, relaxing on the porch
