Creative Empowerment will open the wellspring of your inner, authentic, creative juice, and balance it with the power you will embody after these 5 days of dance and somatic education. Leaving you with personal tools, experiences and a connection to your wild core's wisdom.

Creative Empowerment is a pre-requisite for the WildCore™ Teacher Certification.

Anyone is welcome to take Creative Empowerment to expand their personal practice.

Each day will focus on one of the 5 Elements. EARTH, AIR, FIRE, WATER & SPACE. The energy and quality of the element will be infused in the choreography, conscious dance, alter building and dance ritual.  Balancing the elements is a part of our daily rhythm as humans whether we are conscious of it or not. They make up the chemistry of our physical bodies, influence the balance of our chakra system (energy body) and can be very useful and fun to use as metaphor.

Tuesday evening begins 6:00-8:00 pm

Wednesday through Friday schedule will be:

*Morning zoom session with general public 8:30-9:30 am on Wednesday and Friday!

*10:00 am - 1:00 pm 

 lunch 1:00-2:15 pm

afternoon session 2:15-4:15 pm

There will be time spent creating alters, ceremonies and journal assignments outside of these time slots.
