Creative Empowerment will open the wellspring of your inner, authentic, creative juice, and balance it with the power you will embody after these 5 sessions of dance and somatic education. Leaving you with personal tools, experiences and a connection to your wild core's wisdom.

Creative Empowerment is a pre-requisite for the WildCore™ Teacher Certification.

Anyone is welcome to take Creative Empowerment to expand their personal practice.

Each day we will focus on one of the 5 Elements. EARTH, AIR, FIRE, WATER & SPACE. The energy and quality of the element will be infused in the choreography, conscious dance, alter building and dance ritual.  Balancing the elements is a part of our daily rhythm as humans whether we are conscious of it or not. They make up the chemistry of our physical bodies, influence the balance of our chakra system (energy body) and can be very useful and fun to use as metaphor.

This online integrative approach to Creative Empowerment will be offered 

for 5 

Live portion:

6:00am-9:30 am PDT 

or 9:00am-12:30pm ET 

or 3:00 pm-6:30 pm Europe

There will be pre-recorded videos for additional education, altar creation, journal assignments and movement.

We will meet for two additional workshops on the weekends or other weekdays that work for the group. 

The timing of this online Creative Empowerment has been created with the East Coast and European time clock in mind. The teachings will be recorded if you have to miss a class.
