Past Trip


Day 1

Arrive at the Windward Retreat Center anytime between 4-5pm, you can settle in and drop your belongings. Our program begins at 5pm with a meet and greet where you will get to know your bad ass retreat leaders and fellow participants.
Dinner will be served at 6:30pm and we will kick off the weekend with our official BAMF orientation. We will review what's in store for the upcoming days and begin our first wellness workshop on nutrition and sleep.
