Located in St. Helena, in an exclusive gated enclave rests a truly magnificent estate on a rare 70 acre property with uninterrupted 360 degree views of mountain ranges, vineyards, and a perpetual blue sky. With 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, a theatre, wine room, game room, and separate family and formal living rooms, every room in the house has access to extraordinary views and/or access to the breathtaking exterior living space.

The house sleeps 14 - we will have no more than 13 people.

***The Wine Train has to be paid upfront.  It is non-refundable unless you get the insurance (3% of the cost).  There is limited seating and we want our group to purchase tickets together.  The ticket prices fluctuate depending on availability.  We are asking for you to send money for the Wine Train by May 1, 2024.  If you are not able to, you can purchase your ticket later, but it is subject to availability, price change, and separate seating from group.***

All rooms are shared rooms - so, get with someone you like!

PAYMENT INFORMATION To reserve services, a non-refundable deposit is required (if you do not purchase the Wine Train insuranc). 

DEPOSIT PER PERSON

 Deposits and payments are NOT refundable - We highly recommend travel insurance.

Please note that if the minimum deposit is not made by the above-mentioned date - we can not guarantee price or availability.

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT 

At times, additional deposits may be required for your arrangements and at times this information may be advised after the initial quote or confirmation. If applicable, we will advise you as soon as we are made aware of this by the supplier.

FINAL PAYMENT Final payment is due no later than 90 days before the departure.

The above are our normal final payment terms; however certain arrangements may require the balance of payment earlier.

Cancellation policy: To cancel your vacation, Travel Advisor charges a non-refundable fee of $0.00 (please continue reading!). This fee is payable at the time of the cancellation request and the vacation will not be canceled until this fee is paid.  All payments are non-refundable after received.  All cancellations must be in writing to [email protected].  By submitting a deposit or payment, you:  Formally accept ADR's Terms & Conditions as stated herein.  Give Travel Advisor permission to accept the terms & conditions of the third-party supplier on your behalf. CANCELLATIONS A cancellation is defined as the voluntary termination of an entire trip and is requested BEFORE the original travel date. Tour packages are completely non-refundable.

INSURANCE Travel insurance is highly recommended. Travel insurance is optional.
