By purchasing any retreat, travel product, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
You have 48 hours from the time of booking to cancel your trip for a full refund.
After 48 hours, the trip deposit – and all future payments – are non-refundable.

Automated Payments for Payment Plans
All payment plans require monthly automated payments to be debited from your credit or debit card on file.
Manual payments cannot be supported. You may contact our office at any time to pay your balance in full.
Payment Plans
As a courtesy, Restore Soulful Retreats offers flexible payment plans for select retreats.
Monthly payments begin the month following your booking date, on the same day your deposit was made.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is active and up to date.
If your payment is declined, we will attempt to process it on two consecutive days. After a third failed attempt, an interest or administrative fee may apply.
You may request to change your payment date with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled payment.
Missed Payments
If you miss two monthly payments, your booking is subject to cancellation.
You will be notified via email and may reinstate your trip within 7 calendar days by paying all past due amounts in full.
Final Payment Date
All trips must be paid in full by the final payment date listed in your confirmation email.
After 7 business days of failing to make the final payment, Restore Soulful Retreats reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
Transfer Policy
You may transfer your trip to another traveler by notifying us via email.
A one-time transfer fee of $199 will apply.
Pricing & Availability
Retreat pricing fluctuates based on inventory and vendor availability.
Pricing is locked in once your booking is confirmed; however, discounted pricing offered later cannot be applied retroactively.
Any post-booking occupancy changes will reflect current pricing at the time of the change.
Roommate Policy
If you book double occupancy but do not have a roommate, we will attempt to pair you with another participant.
If you do not have a confirmed roommate 90 days prior to departure, you will be required to pay the single occupancy supplement.
This amount may be paid over the final three months leading up to the trip.
Itinerary Changes
While every effort is made to adhere to the published itinerary, changes may occur due to vendor availability or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of significant modifications, guests will be notified and an equivalent substitution will be offered.

Proof of insurance coverage is due 60 days prior to departure. Most U.S. health insurance plans do not meet these requirements.
Health & Wellness Policy
Our retreats include walking, movement, and physical activities. Participants must be able to walk at least 5 miles per day unaided.
Please consult your physician prior to booking to confirm you are medically and physically fit for travel. Restore Soulful Retreats does not provide medical advice.
Photo & Video Release
By participating in a Restore Soulful Retreats experience, you grant Restore Soulful Retreats, its representatives, and affiliates the right to use photographs, video footage, or testimonials taken during your retreat for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes.
Visa RequirementS
It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they have all required travel visas prior to departure. Requirements may change without notice. Restore Soulful Retreats is not responsible for trip interruptions, denied entry, or expenses due to missing or incorrect visas.
Passports
All travelers must have a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months beyond the trip end date. Traveler names must match exactly as they appear on their passport. Any name corrections or passport updates after booking may incur additional airline or administrative fees.
Damages & Liability
Restore Soulful Retreats is not responsible for accidents, losses, delays, or expenses resulting from weather, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, terrorism, illness, or third-party negligence.
All such risks are assumed by the traveler, and any resulting costs are the traveler’s responsibility.
Trip Cancellations Beyond Our Control
In the rare event a trip must be postponed or canceled due to force majeure (including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions), the trip will be rescheduled.
If you cannot attend the new dates, you may request a refund in queue as your spot is refilled; however, refunds cannot be guaranteed.
Your travel insurance should cover such circumstances.

Arrive in Napa Valley and transfer to our private villa. Take time to settle in, enjoy vineyard views, and unwind from your travels. In the evening, we’ll gather for a welcome dinner, setting the tone for a luxurious and soulful weekend together.
Begin the morning with an optional Pharmacy CE seminar (5 hrs, accredited) for pharmacists and healthcare professionals. Guests not attending can relax at the villa or enjoy free time. By midday, the group meets for a casual lunch followed by a sparkling wine tasting experience. In the evening, we’ll share a fine dining group dinner.
Early risers may choose the optional Hot Air Balloon Ride at sunrise, ending with a sparkling brunch. Later, the group boards the Napa Valley Wine Train for a scenic gourmet lunch through the vineyards. That evening, we’ll come together for a farewell dinner, celebrating friendship and the memories we’ve created in wine country.
Guests enjoy a slow morning before departure. Transfers will be provided back to the airport for return flights home, carrying unforgettable Napa Valley memories.
