Begin your Argentine adventure with a WineNot welcome as you arrive in Mendoza, Argentina's famous wine capital. Upon arrival, enjoy a group airport transfer directly to Ricardo Santos Winery, where our journey begins in true WineNot style. Surrounded by vineyards and Andes views, we'll enjoy a relaxed vineyard lunch and wine tasting at this family-owned winery known for helping introduce Argentine Malbec to the American market. This afternoon, check into the elegant Diplomatic Hotel, a five-star property located in the heart of Mendoza. The remainder of the day is free to relax, enjoy the hotel, or explore Mendoza's lively wine bars and cafés.

Mendoza City Stories & Welcome Dinner at Centauro

After breakfast, discover the elegant spirit of Mendoza during a guided city tour. Learn how this desert oasis became South America's wine capital while exploring beautiful plazas, tree-lined boulevards, and historic landmarks framed by the Andes. Enjoy free time in the afternoon for shopping, wine bars, or simply relaxing. Tonight, gather for a special welcome dinner at Michelin-recognized Centauro Restaurant, where modern Argentine cuisine and regional wines create a memorable introduction to Mendoza's vibrant food scene.

Tale of Two Iconic Wineries & a Memorable Lunch

Today we journey into the heart of Mendoza wine country for a day focused on Argentina's signature grape. Enjoy a winery tour and tasting at Achával Ferrer, one of Argentina's most respected boutique wineries, known for producing elegant, world-class Malbec. We then continue to Bodega Renacer for a leisurely wine-paired lunch, surrounded by vineyards and spectacular Andes views. This beautiful estate combines Mendoza traditions with European influences, creating a memorable day of wine, food, and hospitality.

Gaucho Traditions & Life Beneath the Andes

Experience the soul of rural Argentina during a full-day gaucho estancia experience at Vivacs del Plata, a family-owned mountain ranch nestled beneath the Andes. Choose from horseback riding, hiking, cycling, or simply relaxing while taking in the spectacular scenery. Enjoy a traditional Argentine asado lunch with Mendoza wines, warm hospitality, and an authentic glimpse into the traditions of Argentina's legendary horsemen. This is one of the most memorable and authentic experiences of the tour.

Flavors of the Land: Olive Groves, Wine & the Pacha Experience

Today combines two of Mendoza's culinary treasures. Visit Laur Olive Oil Mill, one of the world's most awarded olive oil producers, for an olive oil and balsamic tasting. We then continue to historic Bodega Lagarde, a family-owned winery founded in 1897. Here we'll enjoy the celebrated Pacha Experience at Michelin-starred Zonda Cocina de Paisaje—an extraordinary nine-course wine-paired lunch inspired by Mendoza's landscape, traditions, and ingredients. Recognized with both a Michelin Star and Michelin Green Star, this is one of Argentina's most celebrated dining experiences.

From Andes to Jungle: Arrival at Iguazú Falls

This morning we leave Mendoza behind and take a flight to Iguazú Falls, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. The scenery changes dramatically as vineyards and mountains give way to subtropical rainforest and cascading waterfalls. Upon arrival, check into Loi Suites Iguazú, a beautiful five-star resort nestled within the jungle. Spend the afternoon enjoying the resort's elevated walkways, tropical surroundings, and peaceful atmosphere before settling in for the next chapter of our Argentine adventure.

Iguazú Falls: The Argentine Side & Interactive Culinary Evening

Today we explore the spectacular Argentine Side of Iguazú Falls with a private guide. Walk rainforest trails and scenic pathways while discovering the Upper and Lower Circuits, each offering unique perspectives of the falls. The highlight is the breathtaking Devil's Throat, where immense volumes of water plunge into a dramatic horseshoe-shaped canyon. This evening, enjoy the fun and interactive Argentine Experience Dinner, featuring a ten-course tasting menu, Argentine wines, cocktail making, empanada folding, and a lively introduction to Argentine culture and traditions.

The Brazilian Side: Panoramic Views & Dinner at Aqva Restaurant

After breakfast, cross into Brazil for a guided visit to the Brazilian Side of Iguazú Falls. While Argentina offers close-up encounters with the waterfalls, Brazil provides sweeping panoramic views of the entire system. Scenic walkways reveal breathtaking vistas of waterfalls, jungle, mist, and rainbows. After returning to Argentina, enjoy a relaxed group dinner at a local restaurant and another evening surrounded by the unique atmosphere of the Iguazú rainforest.

Buenos Aires: Culture, Cuisine & Neighborhood Charm

Today we take a flight to Buenos Aires, Argentina's elegant and cosmopolitan capital. Upon arrival, check into the stylish five-star Alvear Art Hotel, ideally located near Recoleta and Retiro. After time to relax, we'll head to historic San Telmo for dinner at Sagardi Restaurant, one of the neighborhood's most popular dining destinations. Following dinner, enjoy a guided evening stroll through San Telmo's cobblestone streets, with a stop for Argentine ice cream or a drink at a favorite local gathering spot.

Buenos Aires Elegance & Farewell Tango Show

This morning, enjoy a guided Buenos Aires city tour, exploring some of the city's most iconic neighborhoods and landmarks. Highlights include elegant Recoleta, Plaza de Mayo, the Obelisk, Teatro Colón, and the famous Recoleta Cemetery, resting place of Eva Perón. The afternoon is free for shopping, sightseeing, or relaxing at a café. Tonight, celebrate our final evening together with a spectacular Farewell Tango Show and Dinner, featuring live music, exceptional dancers, Argentine wines, and the passion that has made tango famous around the world.
