Sicily’s vineyards will be our playground as we indulge in rich flavors and age-old traditions, unveiling the essence of the region in every sip. We will taste Etna DOC wines from volcanic vineyards, wines from the south like Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG, wines from traditional grapes like Nero d'Avola and Grillo, and from the western part of the island, the little known Perricone. Did you know that Sicily has a very similar climate to certain parts of Australia? Sicilian Syrah has a rich terroir making it perfect for blends or to be drunk on its own.
