• After breakfast, we will begin our day with a tour of Medellin. 
• Next, will immerse yourselves in Medellin's transformation with a Comuna 13 walking tour. Learn about the neighborhood's past struggles and its remarkable comeback through innovative urban development projects.
• In the afternoon, take a stroll through Botero Square, featuring a collection of oversized sculptures by the famous Colombian artist Fernando Botero

• Take a day trip to Guatape, a charming town known for its colorful houses and the iconic Peñol Rock.
• Climb the 740 steps to the top of Peñol Rock for breathtaking views of the surrounding Guatape Reservoir and its many islands. (Entrance to go up not included, must be paid onsite individually approx $7 USD)
• Explore the town's cobbled streets, admire the colorful houses adorned with zocalos (decorative basements), and browse through the craft shops.
• Enjoy a relaxing boat tour on the Guatape Reservoir, taking in the stunning scenery and unique homes built on stilts.
• In the evening, return to Medellin and enjoy a casual dinner at a restaurant in El Poblado.

• After breakfast,  the group will chek-out of the hotel and depart to Medellin's airport to board a flight to Cartagena. 
• Our driver, will be waiting for us to take us to our hotel for check-in. 
• Once we check into our hotel either in the walled city, Getsemaní or  Bocagrande.
• In the afternoon, embark on a walking tour of the city walls. Learn about Cartagena's fascinating history as a pirate stronghold and a vital port city.

Optional Activity 

• In the morning, take a day trip to the Rosario Islands, a stunning archipelago boasting beautiful beaches, coral reefs, and crystal-clear waters. Explore the islands by boat, snorkel among colorful fish, and relax on pristine beaches.  Please add the Rosario add on to your cart if you would like to participate in this activity.

• Take advantage of your free time to explore Cartagena or indulge in some shopping.
• Later in the evening, join us for a farewell dinner featuring a three-course set menu with various options to choose from, including vegetarian dishes. (Wine of glass included, all other drink's available for purchase)
