Villa Escudero
A self-contained working coconut plantation. Enjoy the Philippine Experience show and watch the country’s cultural legacy come to life. Paddle a native bamboo raft on still waters of the river. Be serenaded with classic Filipino songs while on a carabao-pulled carriage on your way to a dining experience of authentic Filipino dishes, kamayan style (option to eat with your hands) by the waterfalls, the sound of rushing water with your feet submerged in cool water.
Mount Banahaw Valley
Staying at a nature reserve, also an organic farm, nestled between the mountains of Mt. Banahaw and Mt. Cristobal (devil’s mountain) it is a comfortable haven for weekend trekkers, bird watchers and anyone who wants to escape to a cool and quiet retreat. One gets a magnificent view of two mountains interacting with the moods of sun, the wind and the rain, constantly changing.
Mount Banahaw is considered a "holy mountain", known for its mystical spirituality. It is one of the most popular hiking spots and pilgrimage sites in the Philippines.
Taal Volcano
Said to be the world's smallest active volcano and the second most active volcano in the Philippines. Board an outrigger boat for the 30-minute trip across the lake to Taal Volcano Island. Trek uphill through the hardened black lava to the rim of the crater, where you will have impressive views down into the green lake beneath, as well as the Taal Lake itself.
Pagsanjan Falls
One of the most famous waterfalls in the Philippines, shoot the rapids for an exciting adventure. The boat ride consists of a 17-kilometer trip in a bangka (local boat). Passing through gorges over a hundred feet high with several waterfalls, all the while guided by two boatmen strategically placed at each end. Don't miss the exhilarating raft ride that will bring you right under the main falls and into the devil's cave!

"The Walled City," is the oldest district in Manila. This is what remains of the fortified city, which was the seat of power during Spanish Colonial times.

Various styles of yoga will be offered throughout, either a flowing vinyasa sequence to wake us up before breakfast or yin yoga at sunset to cap the day. Guided pranayama and meditation to complement our practice. All levels and abilities are welcome. Please bring your own mats and props if you want to participate.
