Step out of the holiday chaos and into the calm. This January, join us for a nourishing women’s winter weekend retreat at the cozy and welcoming Good Commons in the heart of Vermont’s Green Mountains. Whether you’re hitting the slopes or curling up fireside with tea and a journal, this is your time to unwind, reflect, and restore.

This intimate retreat offers a balance of grounding yoga, inspiring wellness conversations, and ample space to just be. We’ll focus on resetting body and mind after the fullness of the holiday season with morning movement and breathwork, afternoon restorative yoga and meditation, and journaling.

Perfect for all levels—from total beginners to seasoned yogis—our daily practices are slow, soulful, and deeply supportive. You'll also enjoy:

  • Steam showers and hot tubs

  • Cozy corners for reading, journaling, or quiet connection

  • Optional skiing or snowy walks in the fresh Vermont air

  • Nourishing meals and meaningful community

Come home to yourself this winter. Cozy, calm, and completely held.

meditation, quiet conversation, and movie night.

Meet Your Instructor

Erin McKay has been a member of the Treetop Yoga community for over a decade, and she purchased the studio in 2018.  She is a 500-hour yoga teacher, certified by Yoga Alliance. As an instructor, Erin likes to tie in alignment based instruction with philosophy, storytelling and quotes from artists and authors. A love of travel inspired her to expand her yoga practice and instruction into the retreat world. She seeks to host experiences in locally owned venues who fairly employ locals and whose missions reflect the local culture.

This retreat is near and dear to Erin's heart. A native Vermonter, Erin loves to return to where she grew up to ski with her family in the winter. She looks forward to sharing both her love of yoga and her love of winter in VT and skiing with a community of women.
