Reviews

This was my first ever yoga retreat and it was an amazing experience. The accommodations were beautiful, the food was so fresh and delicious, and the yoga classes were therapeutic, as was the painting. I thoroughly enjoyed the well-organized tours and the laughter with a wonderful group of people. I've already booked my next retreat!

I had an amazing time on the retreat! Good Commons was such a homey and peaceful place to spend it. I liked the schedule with yoga and a communal meal for breakfast and dinner with free time in between. The food was wonderful and Erin was so thoughtful of my dietary restrictions. It was fun to spend an afternoon in downtown Woodstock. And the other relaxing and chatting with fellow retreaters. And the in house massage was a great experience! We all had a various familiarity with yoga, and it was clear Sharon was tuned into all of us. She offered pose variations and made space for us to listen to what our bodies needed. She helped us stay grounded, surprise ourselves, and most important to me, have fun. Can’t wait for the next one!
