Days at Playa Viva often begin with releasing baby sea turtles into the ocean! A light early breakfast, tea and coffee is available for early risers. We will welcome the day with morning movement that will draw from many traditions of mindfulness and intentional self care.

The middle of the day will be free for lounging beachside or by the pool, a host of curated adventures in the local area, or a seaside massage. Enjoy a permaculture farm to table lunch featuring the finest local produce and seafood! The food is absolutely incredible and one of the main reasons I fell in love with Playa Viva. We will have an opportunity to tour the 200 acre property and the farm with the Permaculture specialist Amanda who is very knowledgeable and dedicated to her work. 

Evening sessions will are an invitation  to connect to and replenish the place of calm, stillness and infinite peace and bliss within. We will use aromatherapy and sound healing, guided meditations and mindful movement to invoke states of groundedness, centeredness, aliveness, presence and relaxation.
