About this trip

Over the course of 3 days and 2 nights, you’ll settle into the healing rhythms of the earth at Gratitude Garden Farm—a certified organic, family‑owned wellness sanctuary just outside West Palm Beach, Florida.

Nestled on five lush acres of permaculture gardens, the land is home to a gourmet mushroom farm, vibrant tropical landscaping, and a thriving fruit orchard. It’s a place where nature is not just scenery, but a living teacher.

Each morning begins slowly, inviting you into presence before moving into grounding, gently warming yoga practices.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll harmonize your energy through sound healing and Reiki, savor nourishing farm‑to‑table meals, and deepen your connection to the land through hands‑on permaculture and botanical workshops.

Surrounded by greenery, fresh air, and the quiet hum of nature, you’ll be supported by breath, movement, stillness, community, and food harvested directly from the farm.

Whether you’re seeking rest, learning, or simply a return to simplicity, this retreat offers an invitation to live fully rooted in nature.

PLEASE NOTE: There are organized activities, as well as free time. You are under no obligation to attend everything. Please honor what feels most nourishing and supportive for you in any given moment. No fancy yoga clothes needed- come as you are.  We look forward to connecting

with you!
