Start the new year with a deep dive into your wellness! Join Dr. Abby Paloma, DACM in an exploration of harmonious seasonal living this Winter. This 4-week immersion will explore the teachings of the season integrating movement, meditation, breath work and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Winter can be a challenging season for many. It is a time to invest in rest, support our immune systems and learn how to get more comfy in stillness practices. In Chinese Medicine, the winter season corresponds with the water element and is associated with stillness, rest, solitude, fear, courage and wisdom. This series will teach you how to align your practice (and life) with the wisdom of the natural world. You will learn how to nourish and protect what is most vital to your wellbeing in the coldest and darkest months.
The series will create an intimate space to gather in Sangha (aka community), to practice, study and share. Participants will step away from this series with refined wellness practices that will keep you feeling supported through the season.
