Join Molly Rose and Nina Petruzzo for an extra special evening celebrating and supporting women.  Our intention in holding this space is to cultivate community and connection inspiring intuition, grounding, and nourishment before the holidays.  This offering will begin with a gentle movement practice of sweet and deeply relaxing restorative postures and guided meditation.  Practice will be followed with a discussion of techniques to stay grounded and attuned throughout the holiday season.  Astrological wisdom will be woven throughout the evening experience.  Please come with a journal and something to write with. We can't wait to share this experience with you.
