One of the best parts of retreat life is the people. Whether you come with a friend or show up solo, you'll quickly find yourself surrounded by women who are craving the same thing: a break from the noise and a chance to reconnect with themselves. Share as much or as little as you'd like... there's no pressure, just support, connection, and plenty of laughs along the way.
The food matters. A lot. Every meal is included and thoughtfully prepared to be healthy, delicious, and satisfying. We gather around the table together, swapping stories from the day, planning tomorrow's adventures, and building community one meal at a time.
This is your invitation to step away from the constant notifications, emails, and scrolling. While you're welcome to stay connected, many guests find that limiting screen time helps them fully drop into the experience and reconnect with themselves.
Expect a beautiful balance of movement and rest. We'll spend time hiking scenic trails, enjoying the lake, practicing yoga, and creating space to simply breathe. There will also be plenty of downtime to nap, journal, read, explore, or do absolutely nothing at all.
With daily yoga, time in nature, nourishing food, and meaningful connection, you'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded than when you arrived.
Want to sleep in instead of morning yoga? Take a nap instead of joining an activity? Perfect. This retreat is designed to support you, not give you another schedule to follow. Everything is optional. Listen to yourself and do what feels best in the moment.

This retreat is designed for women only.
Travel: Fly into Salt Lake City (SLC). Transportation to Bear Lake is not included, but we'll help coordinate carpools with other retreat attendees.
A reservation requires a non refundable deposit of $300 ($500 for single occupancy)
Payments less the deposit is fully refundable if the booking is canceled more than 120 days before start date of the retreat.
Payments less the deposit will be refunded at 50% if the booking is canceled 90-120 days prior to the start date of the retreat.
Payments less the deposit will be refunded at 25% if the booking is canceled 60-90 days prior to the start date of the retreat.
Final Payment is due 60 days prior to retreat start date and will be non refundable at that time
There is no exception to the cancellation policy including weather, personal emergencies, flight cancellation or delays. We do suggest purchasing Travel Protection Insurance through WeTravel or Allianz
