Join us for an unforgettable, Women’s Autumn Yoga Retreat on October of 2023 in the outskirts of Asheville in Western North Carolina.

An Immersion Yoga Retreat packed with daily yoga, meditation, intention setting, journaling, hiking, forest bathing, community, nourishing meals, free time to explore, and so much more!

The Location

A hiker’s and nature lover’s dream, Western North Carolina is a mountain region that includes the Appalachian mountain range; Blue Ridge Mountains, and Mount Mitchell (highest point east of the Mississippi) to name a few. In the outskirts of historic Asheville, you’ll be delighted to explore waterfalls hikes, picturesque trails, the Blue Ridge Parkway (named one of the most scenic drives in the U.S.), arts, culture, food, and so much more.


With comfortable, mild temperatures in its peak Fall season, we encourage you to take the whole week off and enjoy all Western North Carolina has to offer.

The Retreat Center

This Yoga Retreat will be hosted in a secluded, family-owned property surrounded by approximately 75 acres of lush greens, poplar trees, and breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina. 

The retreat center has two separate country-style cabins so the group can be spread out, and one open-air pavilion where we will host our classes and workshops. 

With plenty of spaces to hang out (grassy lawn, covered porches, living areas), you will never feel crowded in this beautiful mountain lodge.

Located just 16 miles southeast of downtown Asheville, and with direct access to Bearwallow and Trombatore Mountain hiking trails, this beautiful place is the perfect setting for a rejuvenating yoga retreat experience.

The Yoga Classes

A total of 6 (90-minute) classes will take place on the open-air pavilion (pictured below). The morning practice will include guided breathwork, all-levels Vinyasa, journaling, and guided meditation. The evening class will include Yin/Restorative yoga, journaling, and a full Yoga Nidra practice.

In addition, there will be an Intention and goal setting workshop where you’ll use powerful yogic tools like breathwork and journaling to set heartfelt intentions. You’ll then learn how to use yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) to embed this intention, so that you can move towards something specific you’d like to achieve in life (health, relationships, stability, abundance).

Group Outings

TWO LUNCH OUTINGS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS YOGA RETREAT.

First, we’ll visit a nearby winery for a tasting flight and laid back meal with breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. A wine tour may also be included pending availability. Oh, and no worries if you prefer not to drink wine. You can still join us for lunch and non-alcohol drink. Of course, transportation is included for this trip.

We will also do one of the nearby hikes as a group followed by a picnic lunch at the summit. If hiking is not your thing, or you prefer to skip it, that’s totally cool. You can stay onsite and enjoy your lunch on the grassy lawn, porch, or wherever you like.

Things to Do

Wondering how you’ll spend four days of bliss? There are plenty of things to do. Some things will be part of the retreat programming and others you can do on your own time.

On Site:
  • Morning and evening yoga classes
  • Off-site hiking trails right on the property
  • Group breakfast, lunch, and dinner, held outdoors on the covered porch.
  • Enjoy the hot tub and/or fire pits with a glass of wine (you can bring your own beverage).
  • Book a wellness massage with one of our private massage therapists.
  • Take a nature walk around the property, or lay out a blanket to sun bathe on the lawn.
Off Site:

Although we don’t think you’ll want to leave the premises, the following activities can be done on your own time, during, before, or after the retreat.

  • Visit downtown Asheville, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, all located within a 30 minute drive.
  • Drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway (one of the most scenic drives in the U.S.).
  • Take a waterfall hike
  • Go zip-lining

Accommodations & Pricing

Luxury mountain cabin accommodations with multiple sharing options are available. You’ll have access to common spaces (loft lounge, living area, covered porch, outdoor seating, and over 80 acres of outdoor space to explore).

All prices are per person, unless noted otherwise.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to hold your space.
  • The remaining balance is due August 25, 2023.
  • Payment plans are available at no extra cost. After securing your deposit, the remaining balance can be split up in 2-4 payments. All payments must be made by August 25, 2023.
  • This yoga retreat is fully refundable (minus the deposit) if cancelled on or before July 2, 2023

*** We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover your costs in case you need to cancel, either due to COVID-19 or any other reason.

Getting There

By Plane

  • Fly to Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), then take a 30-minute Uber ride or pre-booked ground transportation to the retreat center.
  • Fly to Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP), then a 1.5 hour ride to the retreat center.
  • Fly to Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) located 2 hours from the retreat center. You’ll need to either rent a car (recommended if you plan to explore the area), or book ground transportation.

By Car

  • Drive directly to Hendersonville, North Carolina. The exact location will be given to confirmed guests after booking.
  • You’ll be connected to other retreat participants to arrange possible car pooling.

I’m a 500-hour “Yoga Alliance-School” Certified teacher, and I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation for 7+ years. My “specialties” are breath-work, meditation, and Yoga Nidra to help students manage chronic anxiety and stress. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, and a Masters degree in Business Strategy and Leadership. This trip was a unique experience! The facilities were fantastic - so comfortable and pleasing with trails nearby, hot tub available and lovely views. Amazing food every meal that was plentiful and delicious. Snacks, water and coffee were always nearby for the taking. To top all that off was the superb yoga sessions! It was a superb retreat!

This was an awesome experience. Our yoga instructor was professional and supportive. The lodgings were gorgeous with a wonderful staff. In addition we were a group of diverse travelers from different parts of the world who came together for the yoga experience and fun!!!
