Cancellation Policy

To secure your spot on this trip, a fully refundable deposit per person is required. You may cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit within 7 days of purchase.

After 7 days, and up until October 31, 2025, cancellations will be eligible for a Lux Group Ventures travel credit equal to the deposit amount. This credit can be applied to any future trip scheduled before January 1st, 2028.

The remaining balance for the trip is due on October 31, 2025. Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for refunds or travel credits.
