Canoe, rock climb and rejuvenate!
This Women’s Journey Retreat is designed for women with limited time and who prefer "front country" over backcountry, as we embrace adventure on water and land. On this women's only retreat, we spend two days paddling the lazy Colorado River after putting in at the base of the Hoover Dam. We will explore hot springs and natural sauna caves, and have one night of shoreline camping. From there, we transition onto land, enjoying home-style comforts, a beginner-friendly guided rock climb in Red Rocks Canyon, and a final evening on the town including a Cirque du Soleil show!
We invite connection through shared experience, encourage a push outside of your comfort zone so that you can tap into capabilities you might not have for some time. This trip is for soul-seekers who long for a deeper connection with themselves, other women, and the restorative power of nature. We will invite you to explore your internal world through journaling and intentional conversations while allowing for the reprieve and rejuvenation of laughter and nature that many of us need to keep showing up with strength in our worlds at home.
Individual / group calls will be available prior to and upon returning home, in order to aid with integration and continued community-building. This expedition is for women who desire a break from the roles we play (colleague, wife, mother, daughter, etc) in order to put ourselves first. Join us for an incredible adventure filled with purpose, connection, and - as always - fun!!!
This trip also includes the option of an uplifting, positive psychology driven smart phone photography coaching series with our colleague, Lizzie Larock. Read more in the itinerary!
