Welcome to Friends Who Adventure Women's Retreats!! 

     We are thrilled that you’ve decided to join us on an Adventure. You will bring an amazing uniqueness just by being yourself.

Each year, Friends Who Adventure and affiliates have an absolute blast planning new adventures—creating unforgettable events and retreats that are inspirational, restorative, and FUN. Our mission for Friends Who Adventure Retreats is to truly about renewing and regenerating you. Sometimes you spend so much time focusing on your business, or your job, or your family, or all of the above, that you need to step away and take time for you. We invite you to come away with us for some self-care and rekindle your inner explorer. Any adventure is a powerful time to reconnect with the concept of play, which serves to stoke your inner wisdom, provide fresh perspective, inspires rest for the soul, and puts the adventure back into your life.

      Friends Who Adventure retreats are unique because we encompass the right balance of self-care, wellness and adventure. When you join one of our retreats you will be immersed in the beauty of nature, we will adventure and explore. Each member will have precious time to meditate, restore and rejuvenate. We collaborate with leaders who value a growth mindset and practice gratitude. We believe in the healing ability of healthy eating, community and deep connection. A special aspect of each retreat includes cultivating creativity with an art project for you take home, to hold dear and treasure your sweet experience.     

     We truly commend you for taking time for yourself, and for visiting a place where health means more than just having a strong body. It is our greatest hope that you will rediscover how to fine-tune the relationship between your body, mind, and spirit to achieve wellness from the inside out.

Itinerary

Mountain Retreat
Welcome

  

Thursday, September 5th  

3:00 p.m. Our first day will be playful and fun, including our welcome meeting, introductions, orientation, Friday activity sign up and our first giveaway. We'll orient ourselves, move in, and get settled. After dinner there will be time for relaxing, sharing stories, and stargazing as we settle in for our first night in the mountains. 


  

Friday, September 6th 

6:30a-7:15am Early Morning Yoga

7:30-8:30am A nourishing breakfast

9am Leave for hike

(Sack lunch on the trail)

1pm: Return from hike 

3-4pm Art activity OR Pilates

6pm-Dinner Out, give away and good times

8pm-Yin Yoga

Saturday, September 7th 

6:30a-7:15am Early Morning Yoga

7:30-8:30am A nourishing breakfast

9am Leave for Horseback riding

(Lunch in town)

2pm: Return from excursion

4pm Art activity OR Pilates

6pm-Dinner give away and good times

8pm-Yin Yoga

Sunday, September 8th 

6:30a-7:15am Early Morning Yoga

7:30-8:30am A nourishing breakfast

9am Leave for short hike

1pm Lunch

(Closing meeting,)

3pm Departure
