Open to women desiring a place to sweat, pray, relax, and sing together. A place to soothe your nervous system, more deeply embody yourself, unwind your mind, and inspire your spirit.

Please do your best to arrive on time for an opening ceremony outside the sauna.

Please bring a water bottle, sarong and towel. Swim suit is optional.

Space is limited.

Please do not come with cold or flu symptoms. In this case, please let me know by 9 that morning to request a refund.

In case of severe weather, event may be cancelled and refunded.
