I cannot express how amazing this trip was. Christina and Rachelle were wonderful hosts. From our snacks to daily breakfast delivery, cocktail hour and smore night. They gave us a five star trip. The owners of Lange and Knudsen gave us exceptional private tours and wine tastings. Having a yoga class overlooking the vineyards at Knudsen was breathtaking. The hike through the Knudsen Vineyard was beautiful. At Durant we had both wine tasting and olive oil tastings. Simply over the top. Our accommodations at the Dossier Hotel while we were in Portland was a true gem. While we were in Portland we had a private tasting at Steven Smith Teamaker. What a joy! When we migrated to Willamette Valley we each had our own cottage at the Boutique Retreat. It had everything one would need. We enjoyed a scrumptious lunch among a lavender field. This was incredible. Our farewell dinner and breakfast at Alea was unbelievable. I cannot describe the flavor pallet. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. Damon and Heather from Peak Transportation were such lovely people taking us from destination to destination. Last but certainly not least I'm grateful to have met and shared this experience with such a lovely group of ladies.

This was a dream trip for those of us who love great food and wine, who enjoy meeting and getting to know other interesting women, who appreciate luxe accommodations, who exercise to stay healthy, and who enjoy curated travel experiences that offer a big "wow" and leave lasting memories. Every moment of this trip planned by Sip + Savor Travel hosts Rachelle Lucas and Christina Thomas was a joy, from delicious food, wine, olive oil and tea tastings to a delightful stroll through lavender fields and a rigorous hike through vineyards. Meeting, walking, and talking with winemakers and chefs was so interesting and educational. Yoga in the vineyards and in the courtyard of our sweet Boutique Retreat bungalows was perfect body-and-soul therapy. "Summer camp" activities like the opportunity to create our own wine-glass charms and embed our own beautiful candles with lavender and gemstone bits were a lovely surprise. I'd never been to Oregon before this. I loved it so much, I'd like to return with my husband to explore Oregon and the Willamette Valley further. And I'm looking forward to other Sip + Savor trips one day!

Our "camp counselors", Christina and Rachelle, went above and beyond in every way. This trip truly exceeded all of my expectations—and I’m certain the other ladies felt the same! From start to finish, we were treated like VIPs. Each wine tasting was a treat, especially when we were joined by the vineyard owners themselves. Their stories and insights made every “sip” even more enjoyable. The tea and olive oil tastings were equally delicious and delightful, and the thoughtful food pairings were something to truly "savor"—my palate was in bliss. Our accommodations were cozy, comfortable, and absolutely lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed the craft workshops, the yoga sessions, the surprises along the way, and of course, the breathtaking views. But what meant the most to me were the conversations around the fire pit, the laughter, the deep connections, and the friendships that were formed. This trip was unforgettable, and I will cherish the memories forever. Thank you Christina and Rachelle!!!

What an amazing trip with an incredible group of women! I felt like a VIP at every activity, especially meeting the winemakers and owners of Oregon’s pioneering wineries! All the culinary tastings, from tea to olive oil, craft donuts and closing with a private farewell dinner where we all got teary eyed sharing our favorite moments of summer camp. Can’t wait to do it again!
